Futuretheory is a team of creators, strategists, developers and communicators with one mission: to make goals come true.
We do this through different streams within Futuretheory – we cultivate imagination and experimentation in our Creator’s Space, designed to give everyday people access to not-so-everyday equipment. We make knowledge accessible through Latest, a dynamic collection of expertise, lessons and findings from our team and industry experts. We amplify the voices of go-getters, optimists, doers and innovators on the Future Tribe Podcast, because we recognise the power of listening to people who have done and are doing. We share our time and expertise in line with our GoodFuture philosophy because we have the responsibility to contribute to and enable organisations who are doing good in the world.
Our core team are experienced across a range of areas and industries. They are driven and passionate, and have the capacity to make your goals come true. When a project or client requires it, however, we are happy to collaborate with other individuals and organisations – we love working side by side with others. We also have a number of partners and freelancers we work with when required.
Founder & Director
Germaine worked in the business advisory and education industries before Futuretheory. He has worked with clients including St Edmund’s College, the Australian National University, Charles Sturt University, and large private organisations such as Tilton. As Director, he is the main point of contact with new clients and leads strategy and design for all our projects.
Founder & Lead Developer
Damiane spent most of his career working as a developer at an agency before Futuretheory. He has worked with clients including ComfortDelGro, Canberra Metro and Basketball ACT. He has also been involved in the development and deployment of digital services for state and government. Damiane leads development and technical for us and our clients.
Podcast & Community
Hayden worked in marketing at a local firm before joining our team. At Futuretheory, he manages every aspect of our podcast, from finding guests, to scheduling interviews and producing each episode. He also assists with our community and marketing efforts. Hayden is an avid sports fan, music lover and self-proclaimed technology nerd.
Marketing & Community
Kelsey has experience working at global and local businesses in marketing & communications, including working for GlaxoSmithKline and clients such as Optus and Michelin. Kelsey is experienced in content creation, broadcast & production, social media strategy and marketing. Kelsey manages marketing for us and our clients, she also works on our community and community building activities.
